We have a slab!

After nearly after a month after the "commencement of construction" we finally have a slab!! Our slab was so tall because of the elevation of our land.

13/10/15 - Received Preliminary plans

11/12/15 - Received Building Contracts

4/3/15- Land settled

10/04/16 - Final Plans Received + Pre-Construction Variations

23/04/16 - External Colour Selection at Austral bricks

7/5/16 - Firstyle Internal Colour Selection Appointment

1/6/16 - Clipsal Electrical Appointment

22/6/16 - CDC approval + Approved Final Plans

27/6/16 - Signed off on Final Plans and Variations

30/6/16 - Authority to Commence Construction, file moved into the construction stage

21/08/16 - Slab Complete

12/09/16 - Frames Complete

12/09/16 - First Site Inspection

10/10/16 - Bricks delivered

23/10/16 - Brickwork Complete

6/12/16- Gyprock Complete

6/12/16 - Tile Selection

5/1/17 - Roof tiling completed

24/1/17 - Tiles delivered

4/2/17 - Garage door

18/2/17 - Bathrooms/Kitchen installed

25/2/17 - Driveway completed
